Records originate in the Federal Communications Commission Antenna Structure Registration public access archive. The import joins registration, owner/entity, and coordinate records by FCC registration number and unique system identifier.
What “active” means here
The production importer retains the configured FCC status codes and excludes records without a valid U.S. state or territory, county FIPS code, or latitude/longitude pair. Every page reports the imported public record; it does not independently verify current site conditions.
Important limitation
An antenna structure is not synonymous with a cell tower. FCC registration is generally triggered by aviation-safety criteria, and the ASR files do not identify every carrier or radio mounted at a site. Always verify legal, engineering, or real-estate decisions using the current FCC record and qualified professionals.
Corrections
Ownership and technical changes must be filed with the FCC by the registrant. This directory refreshes from the public bulk archive and does not alter federal records.
